The Ultimate Transformation Package is designed to completely transform your team, through a six month program providing analysis, training and coaching. 

 

What it covers:

  • Detailed DISC profiling and interpretation of the profile for each delegate, developed and facilitated by our team. This is conducted at the one month point, and again at the six month point.
  • A 360 degree of feedback developed and facilitated by our team, and completed by the delegates team or direct supervisor. This is conducted at the one month point and again at the six month point.
  • A skills gap analysis developed and facilitated by our team, and completed by the delegate based on their position description. This is conducted at the one month point and again at the six month point.
  • Two 1:1 coaching sessions for each delegate, at the two and five month points. This is to set goals and strategise based on the findings in the DISC reports, 360 degree of feedback and skills gap analysis. It is also to revisit the initial goals and strategies set, and to adjust accordingly.
  • A full day training in DISC behavioural profiling (see Complete DISC Training for a program outline).
  • A full day training customised for your team, based on the collective themes and findings in the DISC reports, 360 degree of feedback and skills gap analysis. This is carried out at the four month point.

Delivery:

Each part of the Ultimate Transformation Package can be delivered face to face, or virtually, via Zoom.

Program duration:

The program is six months in duration, with certain elements carried out at different points. The details below outline the expected program implementation.

  • Month one: DISC profiling, 360 degree of feedback and skills gap analysis for each delegate, developed and facilitated by our team.
  • Month two: 1:1 coaching session for each delegate to set goals and strategise, based on the findings of their DISC profile, 360 degree of feedback and skills gap analysis.
  • Month three: Full day training delivery of the Complete DISC Training program.
  • Month four: A full day training customised for your team, based on the collective themes and findings in the DISC reports, 360 degree of feedback and skills gap analysis. 
  • Month five: 1:1 coaching session with each delegate, to revisit goals and strategies and adjust accordingly.
  • Month six: DISC profiling, 360 degree of feedback and skills gap analysis for each delegate, developed and facilitated by our team. This will also allow us to measure the effectiveness of the program based on changes to delegates DISC profiles, skills gap analysis and 360 degree of feedback.

The investment:

  • $1990 plus GST per delegate
  • In order for the program to go ahead we require a minimum of five delegates to ensure the training sessions meet best practice.
